Ryan + Melissa

Ryan and Melissa had the most beautiful fall wedding in Nisswa Minnesota at Grandview Lodge. From the fall colors, to the rustic yet elegant decor, everything couldn’t have been more perfect - including the couple themselves. Ryan and Melissa are a true match. As was pointed out in the ceremony and toasts, they compliment each other so well - and if you spend anytime around them that becomes immediately obvious. Erin + Brett

It’s hard to even know where to start with such an amazing couple like Erin and Brett and their incredibly touching wedding in Fargo. I’ve spent a lot of time with this footage and know it well, but it still moves me every time. The entire day was a beautiful dance of celebration and joy weaved together with remembrance of loss. To put it simply, it was perfect. So much thought had gone into all the little and big details which made every moment filled with significance. Everything from the Moorhead Country Club, to Hope Lutheran, and the Ramada was amazing. I want to say more but I know their film says it better than I ever could. Katy + Colin

Katy and Colin’s wedding was a beautiful (and fun!) celebration of love and their family and friends played a huge role. Basically, it was a huge party centered around these two amazing people who were joining their lives together. From a karaoke toast, to a Meat Loaf family tradition on the dance floor, (out of control in a great way) and much more, every moment was filled with intention, love, laughter, and emotion - and couldn’t have fit Katy and Colin any better. Thanks to Nicolle at Mother of the Bride everything from the Brian Graham Salon, to the Basilica of St Mary, to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, and to the Graves 601 came together perfectly. Matt + Merlyn

Simply put, Matt and Merlyn are the best of us. They use their intelligence, talent for languages, and love of people to do good around the world working for the United Nations. In addition to that, they make a perfect couple and had an incredibly special wedding. Everything about their day was perfect, from hilarious and touching stories at the rehearsal dinner at Interlachen, to the beauty and symbolism of the Orthodox ceremony at St George and the amazing details of the reception at the Calhoun Beach Club. However, what I enjoyed most about the wedding weekend was simply seeing Matt and Merlyn together. They light up in each others presence and seem to be at home in each others arms. They are a perfect match. Seeing family and friends from very different backgrounds and traditions come together to celebrate love gives me hope for the world. Kay + Slade

If you spend any time around Kay and Slade you instantly understand why they are such a perfect match. They are two of the kindest, warm, and welcoming people, both bursting with joy and love for their family and friends. It makes sense that once their paths finally crossed it was an instant connection. Their wedding day reflected who they are through beauty, sentiment, emotion, celebration and laugher. As is often the case, it’s the little things that can tell you a lot. Even though we were surrounded by the beauty of the family vineyard in New Prague, St. Wenceslaus Church, and Brackett’s Crossing, it was the way Slade twirled both moms at the end of the isle, and the way Kay embraced everyone she saw and couldn’t stop smiling. Cameron + Kathryn

Cameron and Kathryn had such a beautiful summer wedding! There were vibrant colors, amazing flowers, a stunning bride, an out of this world reception, and so much more, but for me the most memorable moment in their wedding day was Cameron’s toast to his new bride. With just a few heartfelt words all the laughter, smiles, tears, subtle glances, and kisses that I had seen throughout the day suddenly came into crisp focus - I was capturing two best friends join their lives together! As Pastor Youngdahl of Mt Olivet perfectly put it, “This is the person I want to spend the rest of my life with. This is the person I want to love, and to care for, and to create a future with.” There is so much more I want to say but you’ll just have to watch their film! Radha + Surya

Radha and Surya had the most amazing Indian wedding at the Minneapolis Hilton. The mandap was one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The incense, coconuts, flowers and all the colorful details that were a part of this celebration were stunning. Of course all of this beauty paled in comparison to Radha who was absolutely a vision and glowing all day. Surya (an Apple fanatic!) looked incredibly dapper between his two outfits as well. Two perfectionist coming together to make the perfect couple! Special thanks to Anna of Fete Perfection for coordinating such a magical day. Riley + Laura

Riley and Laura’s wedding had some of the most beautiful elements and details I’ve seen. From the glowing Vera Wang dress to the mouth-watering dessert room, everything couldn’t have been more perfect. However, as amazing as all of that was, the love of Riley and Laura stole the show. They couldn’t be a better match and every moment was filled with laughter and joy. Their family and friends were immersed in the celebration as well - even though for the father of the bride, “this is gonna take a while”. Thanks to Holin from Twirl Events everything from getting ready at the Brian Graham Salon, to the ceremony at St. Olaf Church, and the reception at The Depot was perfect. Michael + Emily

Wanna see two best friends get married?! Michael and Emily couldn’t be more perfect for each other and in LOVE. There are so many “little” and “in-between” moments where this shines through. It’s a hug that’s held a little longer, the way they look into each others eyes when talking, and so much more. Ok, I admit, sometimes I’m given to hyperbole, but there is just something about this couple, their friends and families, and their celebration of love overflowing with joy and beauty that gives me hope for the world. From the rehearsal dinner at Chambers, hair and makeup at the 526 Salon, brunch at Crave, the ceremony at  Church of the Nativity, and to the reception at Town and Country Club, everything couldn’t have been more perfect. I want to say so much more but considering this film has some of the best toasts I’ve ever captured, I’ll let it say for me. Enjoy! Colleen + Andrew

It might be the beautiful natural light at the Calhoun Beach Club, the stunning bride, the music, the lavender, the overflowing joy of family and friends, etc, but there is just something ethereal and dream-like about this amazing couple and their wedding day. Although it was more impromptu than planned, after several years of already being in love and caring for each other, when asked if she “offered herself wholly and joyfully into this marriage, choosing Andrew as the person with whom will share your life, in laughter and in tears... will you stand by him in the triumphs and tragedies of life as a faithful and caring partner?” Colleen answered, “I will, and I do.” That couldn’t have been more perfect and fitting.
