Tyler + Laura // James J. Hill Library

When I first met with Tyler and Laura we were separated by thousands of miles, however it wasn't long into our google hangout to know they were a very special couple, planning a very special wedding weekend in St. Paul, Minnesota. Every detail was unique and as I’d come to realize, totally them. They met and fell in love while working at Google and their relation began around poetry, literature and adventure. So it couldn’t have been more fitting that they were married in a library, under a beautiful quote by Rumi, and rode off into the sunset on a long board. They are two truly amazing people and it was a huge honor to get to know them and capture their day. Their family and friends were equally as impressive. The entire weekend was filled with laughter, tears of joy, celebration, and meaning. Of course there is so much more I’d want to say but I’ll let their film do the talking - no spoilers. Special thanks to Mimi Design for coordinating and planning such a magical weekend. Everything from the rehearsal dinner at Pazzaluna, yoga and getting ready at the Saint Paul Hotel, shaves for the guys at Heimes, to the traditional and Chinese ceremonies and reception at the James J. Hill Library; everything was absolutely perfect! I had a blast shooting alongside the very talented photographer Andrew Vick. Congratulations Tyler and Laura!
